What is inside
It is 99.7% inner leaf aloe vera gel, with vitamin C added. Vitamin C helps the immune system work normally and helps your body make collagen for normal skin.

How much to drink
- Shake the bottle well. The thick part sits at the bottom.
- Pour about 120 ml, once or twice a day.
- Many people drink it in the morning before food.
