Chromium is a mineral. Your body needs a small amount of it. It helps your body use food for energy in a normal way. It also helps keep blood sugar at a normal level.

What works best with it

How do I take it?
Take one softgel with a big glass of water. Take it 30 to 60 minutes before your meal. Do not take it with the meal.
How many can I take in one day?
Up to three a day. One before breakfast, one before lunch, one before dinner. Never take more than three.
Will it make me lose weight on its own?
No. It only helps if you also eat less and stay active. It is a helper, not a magic pill. Anyone who tells you a capsule works on its own is not telling you the truth.
How long before I see a change?
Give it 8 to 12 weeks and take it every day without missing. Look at how your clothes fit, not only the weight machine. Do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is Rs 500 for the whole order. It is the same price for one item or for many items. If your order is more than Rs 5,000, delivery is free.
How many days will my order take?
2 to 3 working days. We send your parcel the same day or the next day. We deliver all over Pakistan. Working days do not include Sunday and public holidays.
Is this a real Forever Living product?
Yes. We are an authorised Forever Living distributor in Pakistan. Every item comes straight from the company. It arrives sealed, with a batch number and an expiry date printed on it. Please check them when your parcel comes.
