Omega-3 is a good fat. Your body cannot make it. You must get it from food.
Oily fish is the main source. Most of us do not eat fish often enough. That is the reason this product exists.
DHA helps your brain and your eyes work in a normal way. EPA and DHA together help your heart work in a normal way. You need to take them every day for this.

The fish taste, and how to stop it
Some people taste fish after they swallow the softgel. This is easy to fix.
- Keep the bottle in the fridge. Cold softgels have less taste.
- Take them in the middle of your meal, not before it.
- Most people stop noticing after about a week.
Please note: this has fish and shellfish in it. Do not take it if you are allergic to either. It is a food, not a medicine. Ask your doctor first if you take blood-thinning medicine, if you have surgery coming, or if you are pregnant or feeding a baby.

How do I take it?
Two softgels, two times a day. That is four in one day. Take them in the middle of your food, not on an empty stomach.
What time is best?
With lunch and with dinner. Taking them at the same times every day makes it easy to remember. Taking them daily matters more than the exact time.
Will I get a fish taste or fish burps?
Usually not, if you take them in the middle of a meal. If it still happens, keep the pack in the fridge and take them with a bigger meal.
Do I have to take it every day?
Yes. Omega-3 builds up slowly in the body. Take it every day for at least 3 months before you decide about it. If you take blood thinning medicine, ask your doctor first.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is Rs 500 for the whole order. It is the same price for one item or for many items. If your order is more than Rs 5,000, delivery is free.
How many days will my order take?
2 to 3 working days. We send your parcel the same day or the next day. We deliver all over Pakistan. Working days do not include Sunday and public holidays.
Is this a real Forever Living product?
Yes. We are an authorised Forever Living distributor in Pakistan. Every item comes straight from the company. It arrives sealed, with a batch number and an expiry date printed on it. Please check them when your parcel comes.
